Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

评价规则确认0911----确定版!

  1. 根据后台配置,控制买家是否可以主动评价,以及关闭窗口时是否需要弹窗强制评价
  2. 如果后台配置允许买家主动评价,买家在咨询的全过程(无论是否转接到其他客服)只能评价1次(主动评价后按钮置灰不可点击);如果后台不配置,则无法主动评价(按钮置灰)。
  3. 客服可以在咨询的过程中多次邀评;
  4. 如果后台配置没有配置关闭时弹窗,则咨询结束后不弹窗强制评价;如果后台配置了,则根据整个咨询过程中买家是否评价(无论主动评价还是被动邀评评价)。如果评价过了(主动评价或者被动邀评)则关闭时不弹窗;如果没有主动评价,且客服邀评也没有评价,则关闭时弹窗强制评价。
  5. 如果咨询过程中没有转接,即客服只有A一人,则咨询评价=客服A评价=最后一次评价结果(无论是主动评价还是被动邀评,取最后一次结果);
  6. 如果咨询过程中出现转接,如A转接B再转接C;则A会话过程中最后一次评价为客服A评价,B会话询过程中最后一次评价为客服B评价,C会话过程中最后一次评价为客服C评价。整个咨询过程记录ABC最好的评价结果为整个咨询的评价。举例说明:客服A好评,客服B中评,客服C差评,咨询评价结果:好评。
