Word and Character Counter CLI

A simple command-line tool to count the number of words and characters in a sentence.

Installation

Install the package as per your preference using npm:

Globally:

npm install -g wordscanner-cli

OR

Locally:

npm i wordscanner-cli

OR

Npx Command:

npx i wordscanner-cli

Usage

Once installed, you can use the word-character-counter command to run the tool.

wordscanner-cli

Follow the prompts to enter a sentence, and the tool will display the number of words and characters in the sentence.

$ wordscanner-cli

? Enter sentence to count word and characters: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog Characters: 35, Words: 9
