about a month ago, i went to my doctor for a follow-up on my psa levels, and was told that i had prostate cancer. i did not feel like i could keep living my life with this diagnosis hanging over my head. i started looking online for more information and found this site. it took me about a day to read through it all and i found it very helpful and informative. thank you for your site. it was exactly what i needed to read. i will be back for more once i figure out what to do next. again, thanks for the site and for all the great information.
as far as your specific question goes, i recommend the b12 level that you have would be fine. i dont think that its healthy to have a high b12 level on a regular basis. you have a few other issues that could contribute to your fatigue and cognitive problems, like depression or sleep apnea for example. as far as the b12 shot, there are many reputable sources out there that will be able to give you more detail on it. good luck!
hi rick, i found the feedback you gave on the question very helpful. i agree with your assessment that the highest level of support is between 40 and 60. i always spend more time with younger people. i do find that the younger the person, the more inclined they are to ask more questions, rather than just tell me what they think. i think that there are fewer barriers to communication as the person gets older. younger people may be more inclined to make assumptions about what their parents understand, and may not be as open with their parents about their own issues. on the other hand, once they have reached an age where they have children or more complex caregiving responsibilities, they may become more reticent to tell their parents if they are struggling. that may explain the drop in the number of requests from 40 to 60 year olds. 84d34552a1
