Coding Challenge - Weatther Forecast
This project was bootstrapped with Create React App and react-app-rewired.
Development
In the project directory, you can run:
npm install
npm start
Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.
The page will reload if you make edits.
You will also see any lint errors in the console.
npm test
Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode.
See the section about running tests for more information.
npm run build
Builds the app for production to the build
folder.
It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.
The build is minified and the filenames include the hashes.
Your app is ready to be deployed!
See the section about deployment for more information.
Troubleshooting with local development
I've set up some code governance, from prettier
for JS, stylelint
for CSS and orchestrated by lint-staged
, with husky
for pre-commit hooks. This can introduce some one-time dependencies in the project.
For example, nvm
users will need to set up ~/.huskyrc
in their root folder, with the following:
This loads nvm.sh and sets the correct PATH before running hook
~/.huskyrc
export NVM_DIR="$HOME/.nvm" [ -s "$NVM_DIR/nvm.sh" ] && . "$NVM_DIR/nvm.sh"
Troubleshooting with local testing setup
Issue with node version please run below command
npm i -D --exact [email protected]
