voxel-inventory-hotbar

Adds a hotbar to view and select a subset of player inventory (voxel.js plugin):

Requires:

• inventory-window: displays the inventory as HTML elements
• inventory: backing data structure for the inventory items
• voxel-registry: provides item texture names

Optionally supports:

• voxel-plugins: dynamic enabling/disabling
