Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Access your Arris TG3442DE or Technicolor CGA4322DE, CGA6444VF (aka Vodafone Station) from the comfort of the command line.

Notes

A full login and logout sequence is being done on every command execution. You can provide a password either by setting the environment variable VODAFONE_ROUTER_PASSWORD in your shell, in a local .env file or by using the -p flag.

Running from source

Clone this repository, install the dependencies via yarn and run ./bin/dev help. If you are interested in seeing a more verbose version of what is going on during execution, enable debug logging on a per command basis like so env DEBUG=\* ./bin/dev docsis.

USAGE

vodafone-station-cli plugins install PLUGIN

Installs a plugin into vodafone-station-cli.

USAGE
  $ vodafone-station-cli plugins install PLUGIN... [--json] [-f] [-h] [-s | -v]

ARGUMENTS
  PLUGIN...  Plugin to install.

FLAGS
  -f, --force    Force npm to fetch remote resources even if a local copy exists on disk.
  -h, --help     Show CLI help.
  -s, --silent   Silences npm output.
  -v, --verbose  Show verbose npm output.

GLOBAL FLAGS
  --json  Format output as json.

DESCRIPTION
  Installs a plugin into vodafone-station-cli.

  Uses npm to install plugins.

  Installation of a user-installed plugin will override a core plugin.

  Use the VODAFONE_STATION_CLI_NPM_LOG_LEVEL environment variable to set the npm loglevel.
  Use the VODAFONE_STATION_CLI_NPM_REGISTRY environment variable to set the npm registry.

Links a plugin into the CLI for development.

USAGE
  $ vodafone-station-cli plugins link PATH [-h] [--install] [-v]

ARGUMENTS
  PATH  [default: .] path to plugin

FLAGS
  -h, --help          Show CLI help.
  -v, --verbose
      --[no-]install  Install dependencies after linking the plugin.

DESCRIPTION
  Links a plugin into the CLI for development.

  Installation of a linked plugin will override a user-installed or core plugin.

  e.g. If you have a user-installed or core plugin that has a 'hello' command, installing a linked plugin with a 'hello'
  command will override the user-installed or core plugin implementation. This is useful for development work.

Removes a plugin from the CLI.
