Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Vite Plugin Webp And Path

Description

This Vite plugin converts images to WebP format and updates their paths in HTML and CSS files.

Installation

npm install vite-plugin-webp-and-path

Usage

In your vite.config.js:

import VitePluginWebpAndPath from 'vite-plugin-webp-and-path';

export default {
  plugins: [
    VitePluginWebpAndPath({
      // options
    }),
  ],
};

Options

  • targetDir: Target directory to search for image files. Default is ./dist/.
  • imgExtensions: Comma-separated list of image file extensions to convert. Default is jpg,png.
  • textExtensions: Comma-separated list of text file extensions to update image paths in. Default is html,css.
  • quality: Quality of the converted WebP images. Default is 80.
  • enableLogs: Enable logs. Default is true.
