Usage
To include videojs-social-media on your website or web application, use any of the following methods.
<script>
Tag
This is the simplest case. Get the script in whatever way you prefer and include the plugin after you include video.js, so that the videojs
global is available.
<script src="//path/to/video.min.js"></script>
<script src="//path/to/videojs-social-media.min.js"></script>
<script>
const player = videojs('my-video');
// You can select an icon of the liberia "feather" (https://feathericons.com/)
player.socialMedia({
facebook: {
url: "https://www.google.com/"
},
twitter: {
url: "https://www.google.com/",
text: 'Miren este link',
hashtags: 'americatv,laranapepe'
},
linkedin: {
url: "https://www.google.com/",
title: 'Miren esta informacion',
summary: 'Descripcion de la nota'
},
tumblr: {
url: "https://www.google.com/",
},
link: {
icon: 'link',
url: "https://www.google.com/",
},
pinterest: {
url: "https://www.google.com/",
summary: 'Descripcion de la nota'
},
custom: {
icon: 'coffee',
url: "https://www.google.com/",
}
}]
});
</script>
Browserify/CommonJS
When using with Browserify, install videojs-social-media via npm and require
the plugin as you would any other module.
var videojs = require('video.js');
// The actual plugin function is exported by this module, but it is also
// attached to the `Player.prototype`; so, there is no need to assign it
// to a variable.
require('videojs-social-media');
var player = videojs('my-video');
player.socialMedia();
RequireJS/AMD
When using with RequireJS (or another AMD library), get the script in whatever way you prefer and require
the plugin as you normally would:
require(['video.js', 'videojs-social-media'], function(videojs) {
var player = videojs('my-video');
player.socialMedia();
});
