Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Introduction:

v2m library is designed to enable 'View to model' (Two way binding) in react using an attribute 'v2m-model' to eliminate clutter. This enables users to focus more on logic rather than worrying about binding the model to a view.

Getting Started:

Initialization:

In order to start using v2m,

  1. Install v2m module using npm.

    npm i v2m

  2. To include the library

    import { v2m } from "v2m"

  3. To initialize (Initialize in root component only, Not required to initialize in all the components) componentDidMount() { let v2mlib = new v2m(); v2mlib.init(document.body); }

  4. How to use In order to enable two way binding, associate variable with attribute v2m-model="{variable name here}"

  5. Example

    `import React, { Component } from 'react'; import { v2m } from "v2m" class Input2 extends Component { state = { displyName: '' }
