Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

ufc.ge Node.js SDK Documentation

The ufc-node-sdk package is a helpful tool for handling payments in your application. It provides a convenient interface for interacting with the UFC payment gateway. In this documentation, we will cover the main features and methods of the package.

Installation

To install the package, use the following command:

npm install ufc-node-sdk

or

yarn add ufc-node-sdk

Usage

To use the package, import it into your project and create a new instance of the UfcClient class:

import UfcClient from "ufc-node-sdk";

const instance = new UfcClient({
  cert: process.env.UFC_PAY_CERTIFICATE,
  cert_phrase: process.env.UFC_PAY_CERTIFICATE_PHRASE,
  currency: 981,
});

You can also pass additional options to the constructor, such as an HTTP agent:

import UfcClient from "ufc-node-sdk";

const instance = new UfcClient({
  cert: process.env.UFC_PAY_CERTIFICATE,
  cert_phrase: process.env.UFC_PAY_CERTIFICATE_PHRASE,
  currency: 981,
  httpAgent: {
    url: "http://your-proxy-url",
    options: {
      // additional options for the HTTP agent
    },
  },
});

Methods

The package provides several methods for interacting with the UFC payment gateway. Here are the main methods:

  • request - Request the payment
  • authorize - Authorizes a transaction
  • status - Retrieves the status of a transaction
  • reverse - Reverses a transaction
  • refund - Refunds a transaction
  • batch - Close the day
  • register - Register card for future payments
  • charge - Charge the amount from the registered card
  • credit - Send the amount to the previously charged card

Each method returns a promise that resolves with the result of the operation. Here is an example of how to use the request method:

const result = await instance.request({
  ip: "127.0.0.1", // IP address of the client
  amount: 100, // Amount of the payment (in the smallest unit of the currency, e.g. 100 for 1.00 GEL)
  language: "ka", // Language of the payment page (ka/ge, en, ru)
  // optional
  description: "Test transaction", // Description of the payment
  // optional
  currency: 981, // Currency of the payment (ISO 4217 code) default is 981 (GEL)
  // optional
  preAuth: false, // Pre-authorize the payment (true/false)
});
