had rp over 6 years ago in denver. what disappoints me the most is lack of interest from my physician in asking about my incontinence (not bad comparatively..2 pads a day, 1 if no alcohol) or ed. solely focused on my psa score which is great since that is reason for the surgery and its perfect so no fear of returning cancer which would be depressing. no detailed instructions about kegel exercises or any real discussion of them. my first wife was natural childbirth instructor so i know what it is since exercising it helps women get back in shape after childbirth. i could only read some of these posts but it does give me some hope. was referred to my surgeon from my regular physician. didnt get 2nd or more opinions as some of the smarter people who posted here have done. biggest reason to do that is that they all have biases based on their knowledge base and capabilities. the new thing may not be the best thing. mine was not robotic surgery but my problems are mild compared to much of what i see here so it appears he did a good job. as for ed it was either giving myself a shot at the base of the penis before sex or a medical quality vacuum pump. pump works but kinda frankenstein-ish. that was also supposed to help with incontinence but hasnt. going to look up details on the kegel exercises and hope it helps. im very active and ride a road bike with a gel seat that helps
ive been reading these forums for quite a while now. this is the first time i've posted. i'm a former navy seal in the corps, and have climbed my entire life. i'm in my mid 40s now, and have been climbing for about 15 years. i was married for a few years before my wife passed, and i've been climbing with a friend since then. we climb 5-7 days a week. i have two kids, ages 6 and 8. the 8 year old is in a sport climbing gym a few blocks from me, but the 6 year old is at home, and we do most of our climbing at home. i climb mostly 5.10 and above, usually a lot harder than that. the only problem i have is bad feet, and trying to work on that. i cant say i've ever had any back problems, but i do have some bad shoulders (and other parts of my body). i get a lot of advice on here, and have learned a lot about improving my climbing. the biggest thing is that i'm a real "thrower" when it comes to climbing. i don't like to fall. 84d34552a1
