A simple, limited implementation of the touch command for Node.
Installation
$ npm install -g touch-cli
Usage
touch [filename]
Examples
Create a zero-sized new file:
$ touch my_new_file
Update the last modified and access timestamps of an existing file:
$ touch my_existing_file
