Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

The Edition number: 9The 24th edition of this concise book contains all the information you need to successfully design and construct a wide variety of housing types and a wide variety of residential construction projects.


 Inclusionary Housing is defined to mean a form of inclusionary housing, pursuant to an Inclusionary Housing Plan approved by the Board of Standards and Appeals (BOSA) pursuant to Reduction or Modification of Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Requirements, as such terms were defined by Section 73-624 (Reduction or Modification of Mandatory Inclusionary Housing requirements), before July 29, 2009. The BOSA may approve such an Inclusionary Housing Plan if the Development Agreement and the Condominium Declaration, on file with the BOSA and the Loan Agreement, and in effect prior to July 29, 2009, respectively, provide for or authorize the development of a development of not more than 400 units of rental or for-sale condominium units or houses containing not more than 400 units.


 Compensated developments, in aggregate, shall be required to provide not less than 70% of their inclusive housing, pursuant to an Inclusionary Housing Plan, as such term was defined by Section 73-624 (Reduction or Modification of Mandatory Inclusionary Housing requirements), prior to July 29, 2009, in exchange for the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy or a permanent certificate of occupancy, as the case may be. 84d34552a1
