Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

ChatBot using OpenAI's API

This is a command line interface (CLI) application built using Node.js that uses OpenAI's API for natural language processing.

Installation

To install this CLI application, use the following command:

npm i termcb -g

This will install termcb globally on your system.

Getting started

To start using the chat bot, enter the following command in your terminal:

termcb

You will be prompted to enter your OpenAI API key. Once you have entered your key, the chat bot will start and you can start chatting with it.

Users can exit the chat bot by typing "exit" and can enter multiple lines of messages using the backtick "`" character.

Usage

Once you have started the chat bot, you will see a prompt asking you to enter your message. Type your message and hit enter to send it to the chat bot. The chat bot will respond with an answer based on the context provided by your message.

To enter multiple lines of message, use the backtick "`" character at the beginning and end of your message block.

Type "exit" and hit enter to close the chat bot.
