Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Constructor

Syntax

new Taxis([, options]);

Parameters

options: Optional
  • timeline
    Can check your settings in your timeline.
    Useful during development.

    • container
      • Element to insert a Timeline
    • debug
      • A Boolean that, if true, indicates that the time axis can be edited in TImeline.

add

Syntax

taxis.add(key, duration, [, delay]);
taxis.add(key, duration, [, delay, position]);

Parameters

key

  • Key indicating the time axis

duration

  • Duration of the time axis

delay

  • Amount of delay in milliseconds before the animation should begin.

position

  • Controls the insertion point in the timeline (by default, it’s the end of the timeline).

Called in the requestAnimationFrame.

taxis.ticker(callback);

Parameters

callback: Function

time

  • Elapsed time since begin()

  • Map data of Taxis

  • A number between 0.0 and 1.0 indicating the rate of progress

  • A Boolean that, if true, indicating that progress is greater than 0.0.

  • A Boolean that, if true, indicating that progress is equal to 1.0.
