Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Serverless Watch

Track changes in your lambda in real time, using Serverless Framework.

Installation

Install the package:

npm i -D serverless-watch

And then, add the package as a plugin in your serverless framework configuration file:

serverless-watch

Usage

Run the following command below to run serverless-watch:

serverless watch

Use the main serverless framework parameters, such as function, stage and config.

Usage examples

The command below will update your serverless application, publishing in the development stage when a change is made.

serverless watch --stage dev

The command below will only track changes to the function named hello.

serverless watch --function hello

Support

The package has only been tested on version 3 of the serverless framework.

Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change.
