semantic-release plugin to publish a jira release.

| Find all tickets from commits and add them to a new release on JIRA |
Install
$ npm install --save-dev semantic-release-jira-releases
$ yarn add --dev semantic-release-jira-releases

The plugin requires you to set following env variables:
- JIRA_AUTH when you use
basic auth
withbase64
email and password - JIRA_TOKEN and JIRA_EMAIL in case of using
authentication token
