Vertically scroll to an Element using requestAnimationFrame.

Usage

// In node
var scrollToY = require('scroll-to-y');
// In the browser just include the source file

scrollToY('someElementId'), {
  easing: function(pos) {
    return -(Math.pow((pos - 1), 2) - 1);

});
