Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

ri-gen

ri-gen is a Node.js package designed to streamline the process of creating a basic project structure for web development. With ri-gen, you can quickly set up directories and files for your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript projects, saving you time and effort.

Installation

You can install ri-gen globally using npm:

npm install -g ri-gen

Usage

To create a project in the current directory, run:

ri-gen

To create a project in a new directory, run:

ri-gen <project-name>

Follow the prompts in the CLI to customize your project.

Example

Let's say you want to create a project named my-project:

ri-gen my-project

This will create the following directory structure:

my-project/
