xbox 360 users can play some resident evil 6 multiplayer right now, but playstation 3 players will have to wait until september 20 to do so. the multiplayer version of the game has both online and offline play, and the whole lot will be available for $19.99.

the mercenaries starts off with three playable characters which are leon, chris and jake. in the new downloadable patch, agent was made an available character. helena, piers, and sherry are unlocked by getting at least a b rank on the maps urban chaos, steel beast, and mining the depths respectively. ada is unlocked by finishing her campaign and carla is unlocked when all characters and costume 1's are unlocked.
