refix
refix
is a prefixing redis client proxy for Node.js. What does that mean?
You initialize refix with a redis client, then you use refix to namespace your
redis commands. Given a string, it will prefix all keys in all redis commands
with that string.
Version
0.1.4
Installation
npm install refix
Usage
var redisClient = require('redis').createClient(),
refix = require('refix')(redisClient);
var gameId = 17;
var currentGame = refix('games:' + gameId + ':');
// Now, use currentGame as a regular redis client
currentGame.sadd('players', playerId, function(err, added) {
// Here, playerId has been added to the redis set 'games:17:players'
});
