Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Getting started

$ npm install react-native-cooey --save

Mostly automatic installation

$ react-native link react-native-cooey

Manual installation

iOS

  1. In XCode, in the project navigator, right click LibrariesAdd Files to [your project's name]
  2. Go to node_modulesreact-native-cooey and add RNCooey.xcodeproj
  3. In XCode, in the project navigator, select your project. Add libRNCooey.a to your project's Build PhasesLink Binary With Libraries
  4. Run your project (Cmd+R)<

Android

  1. Open up android/app/src/main/java/[...]/MainActivity.java
  • Add import com.reactlibrary.RNCooeyPackage; to the imports at the top of the file
  • Add new RNCooeyPackage() to the list returned by the getPackages() method
  1. Append the following lines to android/settings.gradle:
    include ':react-native-cooey'
    project(':react-native-cooey').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, 	'../node_modules/react-native-cooey/android')
  2. Insert the following lines inside the dependencies block in android/app/build.gradle:
      compile project(':react-native-cooey')

##Addtional Steps

###iOS Drag the VoiceLibrary.framework from node_modules/react-native-cooey/ios and add it to the embbed-frameworks under Target settings. Add the VoiceLibrary.framework under link frameworks and libraries section under Target settings.

###Android Add the vstsGradleAccessToken=yourToken in gradle.properties.

Usage

import { VoiceBPMonitor, CooeyEvents} from 'react-native-cooey';
CooeyEvents is event emitter module where you can subscribe events like voice_bp_battery, voice_bp_connection, voice_bp_results etc.
