Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

A customizable video player wrapper for the the Video component of the expo-av package.

Installation

Using npm:

npm install --save react-native-another-video-player`

Using yarn:

yarn add react-native-another-video-player

A string value to determine the color of icons and text.

overlayColor

A string value to determine the color of the overlay.

  • default - #FFFFFF

overlayOpacity

A number value (float) to determine the opacity of the overlay.

  • default - 0.25

overlayActiveMillis

A number value to determine the duration of the overlay active state.

  • default - 5000

overlayFadeMillis

A number value to determine the duration of the overlay fade animation.

  • default - 250

seekMillis

A number value to determine amount of milliseconds to skip when seeking back or forward.

  • default - duration * 0.1

useSeekControls

A boolean value to determine if the seek controls should be available.

  • default - true

forceHorizontalFullscreen

A boolean value to determine if fullscreen mode should automatically rotate the device orientation to landscape.

  • default - false

avoidSafeAreas

A boolean value to determine if iOS safe areas should be avoided by the different overlay elements.

  • default - true

Event props

onPressSettings

Callback function that is called when the settings cog wheel is pressed. If the prop isn't set, the cog wheel won't be displayed.
