Getting started
$ npm install react-native-amelia --save
Mostly automatic installation
$ react-native link react-native-amelia
Manual installation
iOS
- In XCode, in the project navigator, right click
Libraries
➜Add Files to [your project's name]
- Go to
node_modules
➜react-native-amelia
and addRNAmelia.xcodeproj
- In XCode, in the project navigator, select your project. Add
libRNAmelia.a
to your project'sBuild Phases
➜Link Binary With Libraries
- Run your project (
Cmd+R
)<
Android
- Open up
android/app/src/main/java/[...]/MainActivity.java
- Add
import com.ipsoft.RNAmeliaPackage;
to the imports at the top of the file - Add
new RNAmeliaPackage()
to the list returned by thegetPackages()
method
- Append the following lines to
android/settings.gradle
:include ':react-native-amelia' project(':react-native-amelia').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, '../node_modules/react-native-amelia/android')
- Insert the following lines inside the dependencies block in
android/app/build.gradle
:compile project(':react-native-amelia')
Usage
import RNAmelia from 'react-native-amelia';

Integration Steps for iOS
- Install library :- npm install —save react-native-amelia (You must me under IPsoft network or VPN)
- Add a swift Test file by opening the iOS project workspace from your app. It will prompt to add bridging header file. Add the same. Leave the swift file blank
- Now run Pod install standing on iOS folder. This will populate the RNAmelia library under Development Pods folder. Go to Amelia.framework. and change <Amelia/Ameliakit.h> to <Ameliakit.h> from all places inside sdk files.
- Add Amelia-ios-sdk Framework. Project —> General —> + under Framework Lib and embedded content (for Xcode 11) / under embedded Library (upto Xcode 10) ——— search SDK under React-native-amelia library under node modules of your project.
- Set Framework path in xcode project settings as :- $(PROJECT_DIR)/../node_modules/react-native-amelia/ios/amelia-ios-sdk
