Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

React DeutschBox

NPM version GitHub last update

A <input type="checkbox"/> done in German style.

Getting Started

In order to get started, install this package and replace any instance of <input type="checkbox"/> in your React code by the <DeutschBox/> component.

import DeutschBox from "react-deutschbox";

You can interact with your <DeutschBox/> using the same attributes you would use on any regular <input/> from HTML. See some examples at the Demo page.

Optionally, you can link the Press Start 2P font for a better visual experience.

Development Commands

In the project directory, you can run:

npm install

Installs the project dependencies.

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode.

npm test

Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode.

npm run build

Builds the app for production on the build folder.

npm run preview

Runs the build in preview mode.

npm run deploy

Publishes the build to GitHub Pages using gh-pages. Tutorial here.

npm run build:dist

Builds the package for distribution on the dist folder.

npm publish

Publishes the package from dist to npm.
