Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Install

npm install --save react-app-images-preloader

Usage

Preloading local images

There are multiple ways to pre-load local images.

You can load in each image individually, and then add them to an array. Using this method, it is likely they will be passed in as Base64 encoded strings, thus when returned in the images callback they will be identified sequentially by their extension (ie jpg-1, jpg-2, etc.):

If you want them to have specific keys in the returned map, then add them as an array of key/value pairs:

If your application uses Parcel you can import files in bulk and they will be returned in the image callback with their filename as their key:

For this, you will need to configure .parcelrc as such:
