Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

pure-linear-algebra

A collection of types and pure functions for basic linear algebra operations, written in pure JavaScript.

Works in Node and the browser!

NPM

This library is suited for interactive computation applications involving vectors, lines, planes, hyperplanes, and systems of equations. It is particularly useful for Gaussian Elimination, for which it provides a reducer and action set which can be used to "re-play" the solution process, possibly using a state-management library like redux. It does not do matrix operations.

This library is not built with the ideal of performance at the forefront, so depending on the application, another library (perhaps linear-algebra) could be better suited.

Initial test cases adapted from Udacity's Linear Algebra Refresher Course.

install

npm install pure-linear-algebra

CDN scripts

If you're not using npm, you can include one of these in your HTML file:
