A simple wrapper for the Sed syntax to print a range of lines from a file

Sometimes you have a huge file and just need to see what a few lines are in the middle of it. Sed is a great tool for that, but I can never remember the syntax. So I decided to make a node wrapper that just does this one thing.
Does not work on windows, as this just wraps a system call to sed.
$ print-lines 22356 22359 file.txt
22356
22357
22358
22359
$ print-lines 22356 file.txt
22356
