Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Quick Start

Password generator

    Import { passwordGenerator } from "passwordGenerator"
    // pass in an argument for the length of password you want

    //Generates 12 characters including at least one lowerCase, upperCase, number and special Character 
    passwordGenerator(12)

Password Checker

    Import { passwordChecker } from "passwordChecker"
    // pass in an argument for the parameters you wan

    //example 

    const passwordOptions = {
        smallLetter: 3,
        capitalLetter: 2,
        specialCharacter: 2,
        number: 3,
        length: 9
    }

    const password = "aDE45!*bcF6"
    # return Object
    passwordChecker(passwordOptions, password))

    # returns

    # smallLetter returns true because password has atleast 3 smallLetters, likewise the rest, if the characters of the password are less than the PasswordOption it will return false
