Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Palm Toast

A simple toast notification library for your web applications.

Installation

To install Palm Toast, run the following command in your terminal:

npm install palm-toast

Usage

To use Palm Toast, import the library and create a new instance of the Toast class:

import { Toast } from 'palm-toast'

const toast = new Toast()

You can then use the showToast method to display a toast notification:

toast.showToast('Hello, world!')

Customization

You can customize the appearance and behavior of the toast notifications by passing options to the showToast method:

toast.showToast('Hello, world!', {
  duration: 3000, // display the toast for 3 seconds
  position: 'top-right', // display the toast in the top-right corner
  className: 'my-toast', // add a custom class to the toast element
})
