Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

our findings reveal that leishmaniasis is endemic in l. tropica-endemic areas of kp province, particularly those in khyber agency, and also other areas where a proportion of patients were recently exposed to the vector. large cl cases are observed in the civilian centers where sand fly surveys have identified the presence of vectors within residential properties. this study demonstrated significant efficacy of df for the treatment of cl in kp. this is further strengthened by the low infectivity of l. major in kp patients. amongst l. tropica patients, we found 100% cure with df and mcl, with a single df dose, as opposed to the other treatment arms which showed low efficacy in treated patients. hence, the use of df and mcl for cl treatment is highly recommended for leishmaniasis in kp, particularly for short-term treatment of simple infections to minimize clinical complications arising from prolonged infection. a single dose of df is also safer than a double dose given during the night and is also more economical for chronic cases of cl as compared to prolonged, repeated treatment.
