Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Package-Mover

Got no internet but want to still import NPM packages in your project? No worries. With Package-Mover you can copy any packages and all of their sub-dependecies from one npm project to any other in a matter of seconds without a shred of internet. Also, it works on any platform be it Windows or UNIX-based!

Installation

To install the package you just run

npm install -g package-mover

Note: Linux users might need to use sudo

Usage

To use the package simple run the command:

package-mover [options]

Options:

-v, --version Output the current version.

-s, --source=<value> Source folder. Can be absolute or relative path

-d, --destination=<value> Destination folder. Can be absolute or relative path

-p, --packages=<value...> The package(s) that you want to transfer

-l, --logErrors For logging errors. default false

-h, --help Output usage information.
