Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

The open.DASH CLI will allow you to create a new open.DASH project on the fly by letting you initialize new instances easly and providing a build process.

Features

Installation / Update

Node version ^7.6.0 is required, you should also have a current version of npm or yarn.

Install by running npm i -g opendash-cli or yarn global add opendash-cli in your prefered command line.

Note: yarn is a bit fast but NPM is installed by default when installing node.

Note: To update the CLI just run the same commands again.

Usage

$ opendash --help

  • New flag: --source-map= which allows the generation of source maps.
  • New flag: --minify which will minify js output

  • Official "instance" template will now ask more questions, which will allow the user to generate a more personalized instance.
