Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Usage

import nmerge from "nuxt-merge-asyncdata"

API

nmerge({...})

Default method will collect all asyncData methods and run them in parallel (asynchronous). Results will be merged together with respect to hierarchy.

nmerge.sync({...})

sync method differs in a way that it will run asyncData methods synchronously, it will also continuously merge results and pass them to next method in context field asyncDataResult

nmerge.manual({...}) nmerge.controlled({...})

These methods will just flatten out mixins hierarchy removing duplicates and filter out mixins without asyncData methods, resulted array will be passed to component asyncData method in mixins field.

Difference between manual and controlled is that if asyncData is not present on passed component then controlled will assume that invocation of base asyncData methods is desired and will fallback on default (asynchronous) method whether manual will do nothing.
