Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Mommy's here to support you when running npm~ ❤️

Based on cargo-mommy

Installation

Install npm-mommy like you would any other node module~

$ npm install --global npm-mommy

If you're uninstalling npm-mommy, make sure to run npm mommy-uninstall too~

Usage

Run whatever npm command you would normally but add mommy after npm~

$ npm mommy run-script build

> [email protected] build
> NODE_ENV=production rollup -c

created ./static/dist/ in 52.8s

Good girl~
Mommy's so proud of you~ ❤️

Configuration

By default mommy will assume you're her little girl, but if you want something else just set NPM_MOMMYS_LITTLE or CARGO_MOMMYS_LITTLE in your environment to your preferred affectionate term~
