Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Node-VisionLink

Node.js wrapper for Caterpillar's VisionLink APIs.

:warning: 0.5.0 version brings some breaking changes. Please read carefully before updating!

See examples folder for some basic examples. Please refer to VisionLink API documentation for additional information.

Installation

npm install node-visionlink --save

Usage

First of all, be sure to have access to the VisionLink API services. You'll need your API credentials when requiring this module.

const wrapper = require('node-visionlink')({
  username: 'your_API_username',
  password: 'your_API_password'
});

wrapper allows you to access both VL Ready and VisionLink APIs.

VL Ready APIs
