ninja-builder: Build Ninja build files from JS/Typescript
Does what it says on the packaging.
Installation
$ npm install [--save|--save-dev] ninja-builder
Example
This JS code:
import { NinjaBuilder } from 'ninja-builder';
const ninja = new NinjaBuilder({
requiredVersion: '1.7',
default: ['hello'],
});
ninja.bind('cflags', '-Wall');
ninja.rule('cc', 'cc $in $cflags -o $out');
ninja.build('hello', 'cc', 'hello.c');
ninja.writeTo(process.stdout);
Produces the following ninja file:
ninja_required_version = 1.7
cflags = -Wall
rule cc
command = cc $in $cflags $out
build hello: cc hello.c
default hello
There are more options you can provide to each of NinjaBuilder()
, rule()
and build()
; check out the source code to see what's supported.
