Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

CLI TODOs List Application 📝


Welcome to the TODOs List Application!

This simple CLI TODOs List application allows users to manage their tasks efficiently. Users can add tasks, view the current list of tasks, mark tasks as completed, and remove tasks. The application is written in TypeScript with Node.js and uses the inquirer and chalk packages for user input and enhanced CLI appearance.

  • Interactive CLI: User-friendly command-line interface with enhanced appearance using chalk. 🎨

Prerequisites: 🛠️


Before running the application, ensure you have the following installed:

  • Node.js: To run the application, you’ll need Node.js installed on your system. You can download it from Node.js official website.

  • TypeScript: The application is written in TypeScript, so you’ll need to install TypeScript. Use the following command in your terminal:

    npm install -g typescript

Installation: 🚀


Clone this repository to your local directory:

git clone https://github.com/HasnainDevMaster/CLI-TODOs-LIST.git

Note:

Ater cloning the files, navigate to the directory in which files are cloned

Install the dependencies by running the following command in your terminal:

npm install

Installation: NPM: 💻

Simply run the following command in your terminal (cmd):

Install:

npm i mrshas-cli-todo-list

Run:

npx mrshas-cli-todo-list

Run the application using the command:

tsc && node index.js
