Overview
Mongoose Hookup is a Mongoose connection manager.
Installation
$ npm install mongoose-hookup
Usage
var mongoosehookup = require('mongoose-hookup');
var hookup = mongoosehookup(1000);
// Single connection
hookup.connect('localhost/db_name',function(err,conn){
if( err){
// handle error

// use connection
}
});
// Multiple connections in one
hookup.connect([
