Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

****** Instructions on how to use ****** ****** this facebook commenter bot ******

Q: What does this FB commenter do? * This app allows you to make random comments from an array of comments which will be posted under a particular post you want to apply it to; based on the number comments you want to have.

Q: What are the requirements on using this script?

* You can only use this on a PC.

* You need to have one of the latest browsers available.

* You must be logged in to your facebook account.

* You must have the NEW FACEBOOK INTERFACE instead of the classic one;

Q: How do I use this?

* Once you have the new facebook interface, you need to go to the page of the post where you would like to apply a comment on. You must have the post as the only thing showing on the page.

    -One way to do that is find the person who created the post; then find the post on the person's timeline. And rightclick on the date of the post, you would see that under the post's title; and then select open link on a new tab or page;

* Once you're in the post, click the url address bar and change the "www" part to "m"; this will switch the interface of facebook from desktop to mobile.

* While you are on the page where the post is shown, you need to open the developer tools, by pressing f12; a new tab will open on the browser itself, make sure that you have the console selected on the developer tools tab.

* Once you've done the steps above; make sure to copy the fb_commenter_bot_class.js and paste it on the developer tools, on the colsole tab, then hit enter...

* Once you've done that, we can now instantiate our commenter class. Please take a look on sample instatiation.js to learn how to use the fb commenter bot.

Important NOTE: By default facebook only allows about 300 comments per hour, after that you will be prompted to a page where you are required to fill a capcha form. To avoid this, I had to create a 1 hour delay of posting comments, after the app has posted 250 comments.

So if you require 1000 comments, it will be posted with an hour interval, every 250 comments.
