Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

A pure JS implementation of a robot player for the minesweeper game.

Installation

npm install mines-robot --save

Usage

var mines = require('mines');
var robot = require('mines-robot');

var game = mines.create();
game.onGameStateChange(
  function () {
    console.log(game.renderAsString());
  }
);
robot.takeTurn(game); // takes a single turn (marking mines and revealing at least one cell)

  • 0.1.0 Basic release with very simple guessing, mine and cell logic.

  • 0.2.1 Fix bug where robot could get stuck if it couldn't determine any probabilities
  • 0.2.2 Adds probabilities for every cell (based upon remaining mine count)
