migraine

node-migrate is great, but for this: https://github.com/visionmedia/node-migrate/pull/20

So:

1. npm uninstall -g migrate
2. npm install -g migraine
3. Get back to work

node-migraine will install a different bin/migrate script, but continue to use the node-migrate library under the hood. The only difference should be that when a migration passes an error with its callback, node-migraine will:

1. Save your currently completed position in ./migrations/.migrate
2. Print the error to the console
3. Exit with an error code
