基于mammoth1.7.2版本增加word中的样式解析

1.7.2-5 增加如下： 1，font，字体、颜色、背景色，字体以eastAisa为先。 2，line，行高、首行缩进。 3，paragraph，段前段后。 4，image，增加了图片的宽高解析。 5，table，增加了表格线。 6，word的常用页面宽度大概是680px，所以解析后的p标签宽度设为680px。 7，math，现阶段的公式解析是基于omml2mml，对于括号的解析不友好，m:fence标签不再支持。 8，图片解析会有堆叠问题，解决了一下。 9，列表，对于列表的解析有点问题，这版本先都取消了。

后续可能扩展：emf图片支持，公式解析改变，列表的支持。
