Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Quick way to run frequent and long linux or OSX commands.

Problem: Things like SSH may have domain name or IP address with location to key, are difficult to remember and long to type.

Solution: Store them under a simple name and run them frequently using Konnect.

##Install

$ npm install konnect -g

##Options

  Usage: kon <name>


  Commands:

    *                                   kon <name>
    add <name> <command> [keywords...]  add a command
    list                                list all commands
    search <query>                      search by a query string
    rename <oldName> <newName>          rename a command name
    change <name> <newCommand> [keywords...]      change values by name
    delete <name>                       delete by name

    -h, --help     output usage information
    -V, --version  output the version number

###Run

$ kon BD

###Add Add a command

$ kon add BD "ssh -tti /path/to/key.pem [email protected]" shh api server aws

Result:
Command successfully added

###List List all names, commands and keywords

$ kon list
