Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Kinvey HTML5 SDK

Installation

From the command prompt go to your app's root folder and execute:

npm i kinvey-html5-sdk@next

or if you would prefer you can just download the latest bundle and include it in your application.

Usage

Initialize SDK

We need to initialize the SDK.

JavaScript with NPM

import * as Kinvey from 'kinvey-html5-sdk';

Kinvey.init({
  appKey: '<yourAppKey>',
  appSecret: '<yourAppSecret>'
});

JavaScript with bundle

window.Kinvey.init({
  appKey: '<yourAppKey>',
  appSecret: '<yourAppSecret>'
});

Angular

Please take a look at our kinvey-angular-sdk.

Build

If you would like to build the SDK yourself, clone the monorepo, then:

  • npm i
  • npm run build

You can then install the SDK build by running npm i /<localpath>/packages/html5-sdk
