Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Crear un nuevo paquete

Pasos para crear el package

  1. Inicializar npm desde el CLI en el directorio del proyecto.
npm init
  1. Selecciona los espacios que nos muestra npm en CLI.
  2. Como definimos que el enter point se llama index.js, crear el archivo en main.
  3. Crear una carpeta llamada modules, en donde vivirá módulo.
  4. Crear el script dentro de la carpeta modules con el nombre parImpar.js Aquí vivirá toda la lógica de un modulo.
  5. dentro de parimpar creaos una funcion
  6. exportamos la función
  7. Importar mi función en index.js para que la podemos utilizar (import function from ruta).
  8. Modificar el package.json para permitir ejecutar desde module, utilizando la configuración "type": "module" debajo de "main": "index.js" y agregar la extensión del archivo a la ruta de importación
  9. Ejecuto mi aplicación en CLI utilizando el comando
node index.js

También podemos utilizar node --watch index.js tiene menú contextual
