isostring
Decides whether a string is a definitively meant to be an ISO8601 date. Uses a slightly stricter format than the spec so that you will never get false positives from a string id (e.g. new Date('1984');
).
Usage
isostring('2012-12-30') // true
isostring('2012'); // false
isostring('2012-12-30T20:12:22.222222-08:00') // true
