Edit android/settings.gradle and add the following:

project(':react-native-video').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, '../node_modules/react-native-video/android')

include ':react-native-vector-icons'
project(':react-native-vector-icons').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, '../node_modules/react-native-vector-icons/android')
