Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Recommend a restaurant on Hot Pepper in Japan.

install

npm install -g hot-food-recommender

advance preparation

  • Get Hot Pepper API key link

If you want to use latest City Name in Japan, get RESAS-API key.

  • (Option)Get RESAS-API key link

usage

random recommend

  1. run hot-food-recommender

    % hot-food-recommender --hot_key <Hot Pepper API key>

  2. input city name

  3. pick genre (use space-key for picking genre)

if you want to use latest city name in Japan, set resas_key option:

% hot-food-recommender --hot_key <Hot Pepper API key> --resas_key <RESAS-API key>

pick list

  1. run hot-food-recommender with l option.

    % hot-food-recommender --hot_key <Hot Pepper API key> -l

  2. input city name

  3. select genre (use enter-key for selecting genre)

  4. select shop (use enter-key for selecting shop)
