Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Homebridge-i2cledstrips

Homebridge accessory plugin for LED strips that are connected to an I2C capable device.

Setup / Installation

  1. Install Homebridge
  2. npm install homebridge-i2cledstrips
  3. Edit config.json and configure accessory. See Configuration section.
  4. Start Homebridge
  5. Star the repository ;)

Configuration

To configure the plugin add the following to the accessories section in config.json. The i2cAddresses must be in Hex Format, preceded by 0x. The individual colors (RGB) are the registers the plugin reads from/writes to, to set the colors.
